A municipal deputy was detained in Dubki Park

On Ivanovskaya Street, where the confrontation between the residents of the surrounding houses of the Dubki Park and developers continues, police officers detained the municipal deputy Tatyana Mikhailova. She was taken to the duty unit of the 111th police department in the Timiryazevsky district.

As a witness of the detention told OVD-Info, Mikhailov, together with local residents, was summoned to the construction site by the traffic police to draw up an act on the offense on the part of the developer, since trucks with soil were about to leave the construction site, which, according to the law, must have tents. In this case, they were absent, which is why the activists demanded the arrival of representatives of the traffic police, who have the opportunity to fine violators for non-compliance with the requirements for the transportation of bulk cargo. However, the police officers at the construction site, in response to the requirement to comply with the norms of the law, detained the municipal deputy.
