Next to the portrait was depicted the Order of Courage, which Budanov was deprived of by court decision. The action took place on the eve of the five -year period from the day of the murder of a former colonel.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg refused to consider the draft appeal to Poltavchenko with the demand not to call the bridge the name of Kadyrov.
