On June 15, the Uritsky District Court of the Oryol Region appointed Vitaly Seerukanov an administrative fine of ten thousand rubles for a year ago in support of Oleg Navalny. This was reported on his Twitter activist of the "Party of Progress" Nikolai Kasyan.

Seerukanov was detained twice today - for the first time for a picket at the Council of the Federation Council against the reassignment of the Russian Prosecutor General of Russia Yuri Chaika, for the second time - Serukanov was taken from the police department to the Oryol region in the picket case, which was in November 2015 near the correctional colony No. 5 of the Oryol region, where at that moment they contained in the schizot of the politicalese Oleg Navalny.
