The judge of the North Caucasus District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don Alexander Kargin sentenced the resident of the village of TPIG AGULSKY DAGESTAN MUKHTAR RAMAZANOV to the two years of the penal colony for the publication on the personal VK page of the theologian and Mujaheda Said Buryatsky. This was reported by RAPSI.
The defendant was declared guilty under part 1 of Article 282 (excitement of hatred or enmity) and part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for terrorism). The presence of the second of these articles explains the consideration of the case in a military court.
Ramazanov fully pleaded guilty, and his case was considered in a special order. Before the sentence enters into legal force, the convicted person remains at large. Whether he intends to appeal, is not specified.
The episode imputed by Ramazanov is dated June 20, 2014. As the Don-Trier clarifies , on this day the accused placed a video called Said Abu Saad-answer on his VK page.
Meanwhile, there is no recording with this name in VKontakte. As one might assume, it was a question about the video "Said Abu Saad - the answer to critics" , which is really widespread in VK. This is a half -hour preaching in Russian, which Said Buryat (Said Abu Saad) read in the forest, holding a machine gun in his hands. Judging by the initial credits, the recording was distributed by the site "Caucasus Center" - the official resource "Imrat Caucasus". Previously, this video under other, similar names were repeatedly included in the list of extremist materials. It was included there at least twice - under numbers 1469 and 1839 .
Said Buryatsky (real name Alexander Tikhomirov) since the beginning of the 2000s has gained authority as an Islamic preacher. He lived in Russia and the countries of the Middle East. In 2008, at the invitation of the Arabic field commander Mukhannad, who fought for the "Imrat of the Caucasus", Said arrived in Chechnya and joined the armed underground. On March 2, 2010, Said Buryatsky died in a battle with the federals in the Ingush village of Ekazhevo. He was 28 years old.
