Entrepreneur and member of the political council of the Party of Growth, Dmitry Potapenko, denied his detention, RBC reports , citing the businessman himself.
“Everything is fine with me, God has had mercy,” RBC quotes Potapenko.
The publication writes that the editorial office previously received a video recording, the footage of which shows how several people in civilian clothes and one in a police uniform are detaining a man who looks like Dmitry Potapenko.
“Judging by the fact that everyone has already called me, apparently they found some old operational footage, edited something from something. I haven’t seen this recording, I’m now at the Higher School of Economics and I can only assume that some old archival footage was found,” Potapenko said.
Earlier, Interfax, citing an employee of the Management Development Group company, reported that in Moscow, people in civilian clothes detained businessman Dmitry Potapenko. According to the employee, Potapenko was put into a car and taken away in an unknown direction.
