During the meeting, it turned out that during a search of the fan, an unused ticket for the match England - Russia was found. Alexei Yerunov himself stated that he still attended the match: he scanned a ticket on the validator, and the spine did not tear the steward.

Judge Anuk Bonfis asked about the detention of a Russian fan for violating public order in Prague in 2010 (or 2012, according to Le Monde). Yerunov assured that it was just a check at the stadium.

The prosecutor Andre Rib demanded to be sentenced by Alexei Yerunov by 30 months of imprisonment and for two years to prohibit him from entering France. The lawyer opposed. Sergey Gorbachev, 33 years old

Nikolai Morozov, 28 years old

According to Morozov, he walked around Marseille all day and watched drunken English fans, but did not answer their provocations. At some point, he ended up in a crowd of Russian fans, but did not participate in clashes.

The lawyer emphasized that you can see Morozov in the video, but nothing more. The prosecutor insisted that the purpose of the Russian arrival in Marseille was the desire to fight. He demanded the sentence of a Russian fan to two years in prison.

“I am not a killer, not a drug addict, I am an honest person. I regret. I did not harm anyone and did not even think about it, ”Nikolai Morozov addressed the judge.
