The regional court did not see any violations by the prosecutor’s office in the case of the organizer of “Monstrations”

On June 16, the Novosibirsk Regional Court canceled the submission of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Novosibirsk about violations committed by prosecutors in drawing up a protocol in the case of the organizer of Monstration, Artem Loskutov. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

“The regional court ruled that the submission to the prosecutor's office, issued by the Oktyabrsky court of Novosibirsk, should be canceled,” the agency quotes the court official as saying.

On May 11, the Oktyabrsky District Court acquitted Loskutov in an administrative case due to the lack of composition - the judge did not see an uncoordinated rally in the May Day photo session of the "monsters" on the steps of the library, and sentenced the prosecutors to death.
