
The Novomoskovsky City Court of the Tula region refused the parole by the swamp prisoner Alexei Gaskarov. According to Snob, this was announced by the wife of Gaskarova Anna Karpova.
“The judge of the Novomoskovsk court Irina Sapronova refused. The representative of the colony was also against: due to the presence of the recovery for the fact that Gaskarov did not say hello to the colony officer in March,” Karpova said.
According to her, the colony gave Gaskarov a negative characteristic. They noted that the convict received two disciplinary sanctions in the investigative isolator and two in the colony: for violation of the daily routine and for not saying hello to the administration.
At the same time, the document says that Gaskarov does not violate the internal regulations and the regime of serving the sentence, works in the colony, takes part in public activities, received the specialty "Electrician" and studies for an electric gas welder. Gaskarov received two incentives for labor and good behavior, polite with the administration, is neat, positively affects the new convicts, attends events and does not have writ of execution, the characteristic notes.
Gaskarov was arrested at the end of April 2013. On August 18, 2014, the judge of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow Natalia Susina sentenced the activist to three and a half years of the general regime under part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code (participation in the riots) and part 1 of Article 318 (the application of non-hazardous violence to a government representative).
Gaskarov was found guilty that he pulled Pavel Bulychev in Bolotnaya Square and by the leg - Igor Ibatulin. Gaskarov himself explained that he had retired Bulychev to break the police chain, due to the pressure of which the crush began on the crowd. He tried to drag Ibatulin from the detainee lying on the floor.

Alexey Gaskarov was born in 1985 in Zhukovsky, Moscow Region. He graduated from the financial university under the government, worked at the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
