Activists spread an eight-meter banner near the building of the Legislative Assembly, which was covered with the words "against". “The inscriptions on the banner symbolized the opinion of more than 90 thousand citizens who signed a petition against the name of the bridge in the south-west of St. Petersburg after Akhmat Kadyrov,” the publication quotes the words of the organizer of the action, Varvara Mikhailova. Police officers soon approached the activists and put them into a police car. After a preventive conversation, everyone was released.
