
In Grozny, investigative actions were launched in the case of an insult to the prosecutor, previously instituted against the defendant of the UNA-UNSO case Stanislav Klykh. This was reported by Radio Liberty with reference to the lawyer of Politsek Marina Dubrovina.
Dubrovin announced the initiation of the case on April 5 , but even his qualifications were not known then. It was noted that Klyu may be charged with either article 319 of the Criminal Code (insulting a representative of the authorities; up to a year of reasonables), or part 1 of Article 297 (disrespect for the court, expressed in insulting participants in the trial; up to four months of arrest). Now it turned out that the 297th article was charged with the Politzeku.
As the lawyer said, Klykh acquainted with a linguistic examination, who recognized his replica insulting against the prosecutor Salambec Yunusov, who supported the charge in the Unaunso process, and also interrogated as a suspect. Politzek refused to testify in accordance with Article 51 of the Russian Constitution.
Dubrovina in the protocol of familiarization with the examination announced a violation of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In this regard, she filed a request for the appointment of a new examination - in another institution. In addition, the lawyer requested the sending of his client to a stationary psychiatric examination. Its results, Dubrovin, can explain the behavior of the Klych in court.
The case against Politzek was opened on the basis of the minutes of the court session of February 20. Klykh, as well as the second accused - Nikolai Karpyuk, was previously removed from the courtroom before the start of the debate. However, at the hearing on February 20, among other things, the issue of extending the defendants of the arrest was considered, among other things. Therefore, they were taken to court.
As the Memorial’s human rights center reported, the prosecutor Yunusov in his speech began to prove the need to further maintain the Politseks in the pre -trial detention center, "but Stanislav Klykh did not let him speak, interrupting the prosecutor with insults to him." "During the reading of the decision by the Judge Klykhi, he continued to scream and was eventually taken out of the courtroom," the memorial said in a statement.
Meanwhile, Dubrovin even earlier stated that after the arrest of her client, nervous breakdowns began at the torture and bullying . From the first months of the UNA-UNSO process, the inadequate behavior of Klych in court was noted. At the beginning of this year, the political prisoner at the request of Dubrovina was already sent to a psychoexpertise, but the examination recognized him as healthy . The examination was conducted on an outpatient basis in one of the Grozny hospitals - in which one, it was not specified.
At the same time, despite the results of the examination, Klyu from mid-February began to give some medications “supposedly from the common” and “bromine for men” daily in the pre-trial detention center. In addition, some injections were done twice, although he resisted. In mid -March, Dubrovina noted that if earlier her client was irritable, now he is calm and indifferent. At the same time, Karpyuk did not give any tablets and did not do injections.
On May 26, the judge of the Supreme Court of Chechnya Vakhit Ismailov, on the basis of the jury verdict , sentenced Klykh to 20 years , and Karpyuk - to 22 and a half years of strict regime. The Political Zeks were found guilty of a fully falsified charges of participating in the first and second Chechen wars. Meanwhile, neither Klykh nor Karpyuk before the arrest were even in Chechnya.
Both convicts appealed the verdict.
Meanwhile, Judge Ismailov in the verdict issued private rulings against the lawyer colleges, in which Dubrovin and lawyer Karpyuk Dokka Itslaev were registered. He demanded to deprive both lawyer status, saying that during the hearing they committed actions "defaming the honor and dignity of a lawyer."
Dubrovina said that she sent a complaint to this ruling to the Supreme Court of Russia. The paper will be considered simultaneously with the appeal of the Political Zecks.
In November 2015, the case under Part 2 of Article 297 of the Criminal Code (disrespect for the court, expressed in insulting the judge; up to two years of service or up to six months of arrest) were excited in Chechnya against the faith of Savchenko , the sisters of the Ukrainian captive Nadezhda Savchenko. On October 28, the faith of Savchenko was allowed into the UNA-UNSO process as a public defender Karpyuk and Klykh, but on the same day, Judge Ismailov removed her from the courtroom ( 
Later, Klykha and Karpyuk were interrogated in the case of Vera Savchenko . Both stated that they had not heard any of her remarks to Ismailov.
On April 27, Savchenko was detained in the Rostov region when she came on a date with her sister who was in jail. It was claimed that the detainee is on the federal wanted list on the case of insulting Ismailov. Ukrainian diplomats achieved the liberation of Savchenko, and on April 28 she returned to her homeland . As it turned out later, on the same day, the head of the 1st department for the investigation of the particularly important cases of the Chechen headquarters of the Investigative Committee of Justice A. Kargalev canceled Savchenko "in connection with the establishment of its location."
