According to Interfax with reference to the Moscow competitive policy department, which organizes an auction, the total area of non -residential areas exhibited at Novinsky Boulevard, 12, p. 1, is 1.6 thousand square meters.
The future owner of the Narkomfin house will have to carry out repair and restoration work to preserve the architectural monument. On the territory of the monument, it is prohibited to carry out work that change the appearance, volumetric-planning and constructive solutions, as well as the construction of capital construction objects. The investor must take on the obligation to maintain an object of cultural heritage in proper technical condition.
The starting value of the transaction is 101.4 million rubles. The application campaign will last until July 26, bidding is scheduled for August 19.
The six -story residential complex for employees of the People’s Commissariat of Finance of the USSR (Narkomfina) was built in 1930 according to the project of architects of Moses Ginzburg and Ignatius Milinis.
The House of the People's Commissariat is an object of cultural heritage of regional significance. In 2004, the World Monuments Fund made the building to the list of architectural monuments, which threatens total destruction.
