According to investigators, at the end of September 2014, Ruslan Mukhudinov and other persons proposed Zaur Dadaev, Shadid Gubashev, Anzor Gubashev, Temirlan Eskerkhanov and Khamzat Bakhaev for a monetary reward in the amount of at least 15 million rubles to commit the murder of Boris Nemtsov. All five agreed to these conditions and, uniting an organized group, began to carefully prepare for the commission of a crime: to study the lifestyle of a future victim, to conduct hidden observation, etc.
Contractors are caught
“As part of the investigation, it was possible to restore the chronology of events on the day of the murder of Nemtsov,” said the SKR website signed by Markin. - February 27, 2015 at about 11 hours Zaur Dadaev, having a weapon for shooting with cartridges of 9 mm caliber, together with Anzor Gubashev and Shavanov arrived at the residential house along Malaya Ordynka Street, where Nemtsov lived, in order to conduct hidden observation and the possible committing of his subsequent murder ... About 23 hours 31 minutes of Dadaev, following Nemtsov and Nemtsov and Nemtsov and Duritskaya along the pedestrian path of the Big Moskvoretsky Bridge, from his weapons, fired at least 6 shots in Nemtsov. From the wounds he died on the spot. "
Markin’s statement also states that during the investigation the testimony of the accused Dadaev and Anzor Gubashev was checked that the murder of Nemtsov was committed by religious hatred, since the victim supported the cartoons of Muhammad in the French magazine Charlie Ebdo in January 2015. However, the collected evidence indicates that the participants of the organized group preparations for the murder of Nemtsov were begun back in September 2014, which completely eliminates the murder motive on the basis of religious hatred. At the same time, the evidence collected by the investigation fully confirms the selfish motive of the accused of committing a murder, that is, for the promised reward of at least 15 million rubles.
“The investigation has collected a sufficient evidence base, in connection with what the criminal case against the five defendants was sent to approve the indictment,” the official representative of the Investigative Committee concludes the message. “An investigation of the criminal case allocated to the customer and the organizer of the murder of Mukhudinov, who has been on the international wanted list, as well as in relation to other unidentified persons, is ongoing.”
Customers on the run
However, according to the family of the deceased politician, despite the loud statements of the investigation, the murder case is not disclosed. “The likely ordinary executors of the murder, which Mr. Markin reported, have been accused for more than a year of committing him for hiring,” says NT lawyer Boris Nemtsov Zhanna Vadim Prokhorov. - There is nothing new in this. It is much more interesting what Markin does not agree on: who promised the killers of 15 million and, most importantly, why? I can argue that in the establishment of the organizers of the murder, the investigation has suffered Fiasco today. ”
According to Prokhorov, the case against the organizers of the loud political murder - Ruslan Mukhudinov and other unidentified persons -, although not discontinued, but stands still. And neither the organizers nor the customers have been caught yet: “I can assume that Mukhudinov can be hidden in Chechnya,” the lawyer continues. “Personally, I am absolutely convinced that he is only the driver and comrade of another Ruslan - Geremeyev - who is, in fact, an important person in the criminal chain.”
Prokhorov says that investigators planned to bring to Geremeyev a correspondence charge twice, but both times the chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin personally deleted his last name. “Apparently, this is due to the fact that Geremeyev is very close to the family of Ramzan Kadyrov and is the cousin of the second most important person in Chechnya, Adam Delimkhanov, whom we also demand to interrogate in the framework of the investigation of the murder of Boris Nemtsov,” Prokhorov explains.
