OOO Park-hotel Syamozero, where the children who drowned during the storm were vacationing, owes a number of organizations and departments a total of more than 1.2 million rubles.

In particular, OOO Lesnaya Skazka is asking to recover a debt of 1.2 million rubles and 47,600 rubles in penalties under a lease agreement for 28 real estate properties from January 1 to April 30, 2016. The corresponding claim is in the file of arbitration cases and will be considered by the Arbitration Court of Karelia, said the court's press secretary, Alexandra Barsukova.

In addition, the Pryazhinsky Department of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) for Karelia has nine enforcement proceedings against OOO Park-Hotel Syamozero, including those related to unpaid debts for fines issued by Rospotrebnadzor. The relevant documents have been published in the database of enforcement proceedings of the FSSP for Karelia.

In particular, the park hotel owes 14,000 rubles in enforcement fees to the Ministry of Nature Management and Ecology of Karelia; 90,700 rubles to the Arbitration Court of Karelia, and 10,000 rubles in fines imposed by the Rospotrebnadzor Administration.

Together with debts for insurance contributions to the pension fund and tax service and other enforcement fees, Park-hotel Syamozero LLC has owed 264,100 rubles since 2015.

According to investigators, on June 18, children from the children's camp "Park-hotel "Syamozero" on a raft and two canoes went out into the waters of Syamozero in the Pryazhinsky district of Karelia. 47 children were accompanied by four adults (Vadim Vinogradov, Valery Krupodershchikov, Regina Ivanova and Lyudmila Vasilyeva), who did not take into account the weather conditions and the approaching storm.

Their boats capsized, the children tried to swim to the shore, but not all of them were able to do so because of the large waves and cold water. 14 children drowned, the bodies of 13 of them were found, the search for another victim continues. The rest of the victims managed to swim out and were evacuated.
