The head of the "Popular Front" in Komi Savastyanov may become a defendant in a criminal case

According to the unconfirmed information, the case against the head of the All -Russian Popular Front in Komi Olga Savastyanova was opened under part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (“Fraud committed by an organized group or on a particularly large -scale or entailed deprivation of a citizen’s right to a dwelling”).

According to the Komi News portal, in 2008 Savastyanova (at that time she was a deputy of the State Council of Komi) received housing in Syktyvkar. At the same time, she did not need to improve housing conditions, and in order to create the appearance of “need”, she registered two relatives living in another village in her apartment and a young grandson. She provided information about this to the administration of the head and government of the Komi.

In 2009, by order of the regional government, Savastyanova provided an apartment whose market value was 6.4 million rubles. In the future, she privatized housing, as a result of which it dropped out of republican property.

In republican law enforcement agencies, this information has not yet confirmed. The ONF regional headquarters also does not have information about the possible criminal prosecution of the head of the "front -line soldiers".

According to 7x7 , at 16:00, Olga Savastyanova had an unplanned meeting with the acting head of Komi Sergey Gaplykov , which was discussed at which the situation with the possible criminal prosecution of a member of the ONF was discussed.
