The investigator for particularly important cases of the Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Central District of Moscow, Major of Justice, Natalya Talaeva, made the final accusations to the defendants of the "Army of the Was of the People" of Yuri Mukhin, Kirill Barabash, Valery Parfyonov and Alexander Sokolov. At the same time, if earlier the goals of activists were called "the loosening of the political situation towards instability and the change of existing power by illegally," now this formulation is excluded from the accusation and the purpose of the spread of extremist materials is not explained.

Sokolov is also charged with that he, “positioning himself as an opposition person to state authorities,” registered the website of the initiative group for the referendum “For responsible power!”, Which the investigation declared the successor to the ABN.

The qualifications of the case, as you can conclude, remained the same - all four were charged with part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organization of activities of an extremist organization), which provides for up to eight years of the colony.

Publicist Mukhin, System Administrator Partenov and economist and journalist of RBC Sokolov were arrested on July 29, 2015 . On August 19, Mukhina, who at that time was 66 years old, was transferred under house arrest. The retired lieutenant colonel of the Air Force Barabash was arrested on December 18 . The last time the detention of Parfenov, Sokolov and Barabash in the pre -trial detention center was extended until July 25 .

None of the defendants in the case admit guilt. At the same time, last summer it was reported that if Partenov and Sokolov refuse to testify, then Mukhin gave testimony.

AVN, headed by Mukhin, was banned in 2010. After the decision on the ban on the organization, its members formed the group "For responsible power!". Mukhin also became its leader.

The group calls its task a referendum on which the law on the liability of the deputies of the State Duma and the President should be adopted: at the end of each cadence, it is proposed to be encouraged or to be encouraged, depending on the results of the work.

The group members adhere to nationalist views. Mukhin himself is known as a convinced Stalinist and anti -Semite. He approves of Russia's aggression in Ukraine. In particular, Mukhin published on the "Forum. MSK" texts in support of the commander of the Donbass terrorists Igor Girkin and the "head of the DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko, proving their non-involvement in the disaster of the Malaysian Boeing-777.

Drum in the fall of 2012 was running for the opposition’s coordination council, but he did not gain the number of votes necessary to choose. The activist was walking along a general civic list after he was refused a nomination from the nationalist curia.

After the defeat in the drum elections, as well as the Parthenov, became part of the Opposition Expert Council.

In 2014, the case was opened against the drum under part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of hatred or hostility to the social groups "officials" and "civil servants"). In this case, searches were held both by him and Parfenov and Sokolov. According to Krasnoye TV, on October 20, 2015, the Lublin District Court of Moscow fined a drum for 300 thousand rubles and exempt from paying this amount for the expiration of the statute of limitations in the case.
