The Chelyabinsk billionaire Alexander Aristov, in whose Rolls-Royce Phantom in February this year a domestic car crashed , intends to recover compensation from its driver for damage. According to RIA Novosti , he suddenly filed a lawsuit for 5 million rubles six months after the accident, but last Wednesday the court reduced this amount to 3.4 million rubles. Forgive the debt to the owner of the VAZ-2114, which is a simple worker, the businessman was called even in United Russia.
Meanwhile, Aristov released a video in which, sitting in a luxurious office against the background of icons, explains why he does not intend to abandon his complaints.
According to the businessman, his opponent Vladislav Kantemirov is “a criminal at the wheel armed with a car”, who has not yet apologized to the owner of Rolls -Royce and as if “does not understand what is happening.” “He didn’t even take his rights ... he will kill someone,” Aristov is indignant.
According to the businessman, he cares not so much about himself as about the daughter of Kantemirov, who can be an orphan without alimony with such a careless father-driver. Therefore, the money that the businessman requires from the worker, he promises to send to his daughter. According to Aristov, those 8 thousand rubles, which Kantemirov from a salary of 40 thousand pays his ex -wife, is clearly not enough.
Kantemirov said that he could not pay such compensation and therefore intends to sell the kidney. The Chelyabinsk residents decided to help out a fellow countryman and began a campaign to raise money for the master of the Chelyabinsk pipe factory, reports Echo Chelyabinsk .
As reported, on February 2, the VAZ-2114 car, behind which was Vladislav Kantemirov, drove into a red traffic light and crashed into Rolls-Royce Phantom at the intersection belonging to Aristov. After the accident, Kantemirov was hospitalized with serious wounds, the businessman and his driver were not injured. As RIA Novosti recalls, after the accident, Aristists publicly stated that he had no complaints about the worker. On the eve of the businessman’s action, the secretary of the General Council of United Russia Sergey Neverov criticized on his Facebook, marriage as “Aristov himself is not disgusting” from his actions.
Alexander Aristov is considered one of the richest people of Chelyabinsk and is headed by OJSC Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant. Previously, he was elected several times to the regional legislative assembly. Experts estimated the cost of a damaged car at 20.25 million rubles.
