The State Duma of Russia on Friday at its last meeting in the current composition adopted in the second and third reading the so -called "Laws of Yarova". A package of amendments to the current legislation, designed to simplify the fight against terrorism and extremism, is already called the most odious creation of the Russian parliament in recent years and compared with the "laws of January 16" in Ukraine, which at once limited the rights and freedoms of citizens in various spheres of life. "Laws of January 16" did not exist even for two weeks . The Verkhovna Rada canceled them, but it was too late - the Maidan did not spread and demolished the power of Viktor Yanukovych.
Few believe in the repetition of such a scenario in Russia. Nevertheless, the activist of the Yabloko party from Novosibirsk Svetlana Kaverzina , who himself wrote a denunciation in the Investigative Committee after the repost of the “extremist picture” on the VKontakte social network , is optimistic - according to its forecast, the Putin regime remains to live a maximum of a few years. Caversa posted on her page a photograph of baptismal bathing with a signature, which without obscene vocabulary is like this: "Are you also shocked by the idea that these fools endanger their health for the sake of religion?" She did this as a sign of solidarity with 21-year-old Maxim Kormelitsky from neighboring Berdsk, who sentenced the court to deprive liberty for 1 year for the “anti-ethno-extremist” article for the publication of this image, one of the most often mentioned in Yarova’s Laws:
- With what mood will you wake up tomorrow, when the "laws of Yarova", most likely, will become documented with reality?
- With fun. I have the feeling that our country is more and more reminiscent of one crazy house. These laws make crazy men even more into our lives.
Do you know what you are threatening with the "Spring Pack"?
“But you don’t sprinkle your head with ash, but look at all this with irony.”
- And what remains to do? It remains only to look at it and laugh, nothing more. We can no longer resist this, this rink is simply rushing.
- Do you think the authorities will immediately begin to apply the laws of Yarovaya right and left, the repression will begin?

- I will not be surprised! I will not be surprised that now they will be able to put a person in prison for a picture, and there is no lower [punishment], that is, it will be the most minimal punishment. 2 years of imprisonment simply for reposting the picture at yourself! No fines, public works - at once the "two -shaped". And in our state they can immediately be adopted by the Federation Council and signed by the president, and start working right there. We can have everything!
- And citizenships can now be deprived of repost ( after this conversation it became known that the corresponding point was removed from the bill . - RS ) .
- And citizenships can be deprived, yes. I say that we no longer have a mother-mother, but a motherland. That is, our state is already simply starting to betray its fellow citizens.
- Tell us how your meeting with the investigator went to whom your denunciation came to yourself?
- Now there is a pre -investigation check, the case has not yet been opened. There is only a collection of additional information. The investigator had a report on the table that there were signs of a criminal offense signed by the 20th number of the same investigator. And yesterday (on Wednesday, June 22. - RS) he made a survey of me, let’s say, and with me it took a picture of what I had on the page in VKontakte there. They took a photo, I signed that, yes, this is my photo, my comments on this photo. In principle, that's all.

- What is the name of the investigator, how old is he?
-He is about 30 years old, his name is Kozin Alexander Sergeyevich, he is a lieutenant of justice. I complained to me that he was engaged in mainly murders and rape, and then he had to engage in repost. Such a complaint on his part sounded. Either Dali, or they think that this is also a very dangerous crime, I do not know.
- That is, this is not at all a "fighter of the Putin front with burning eyes"?
- He is a completely human person, and can joke. When he already escorted me to the exit, I asked to show where they have torture here, and he said that this is the secret of the investigation, he could not show. Well, that is, it is clear that a person with humor, he does not have such a stubbornness that there are enemies around and all must be punished immediately. A quite ordinary person, like neighbors, for example.
-Maybe this is some kind of Siberian solidarity, in contrast to the Muscovites, who, in their State Duma, God knows what they made?
- Don't know. The city of Berdsk, where Maxim Kormelitsky was condemned, is literally 15 minutes from the Investigative Committee of the Sovetsky District of Novosibirsk, where they will investigate my business, decide, excite or not to excite. But this is our Akademgorodok, and there is the city of Berdsk. It may well be that in the city of Berdsk there is a purely local desire to play over the Orthodox. Because there we have Metropolitan of Novosibirsk and Berd, he loves to be in Berdsk, and it is quite possible that it was a desire to curry up to our metropolitan.
-The investigator in an informal conversation said something about his attitude to everything that was happening in the country, about what he now has to do-the reposts of such pictures?
- No. The only thing we spoke with him, he asked me: "Are you not afraid that it could be?" He warned that this was not under the protocol. To which I told him: "And what is now already afraid? Now there is nothing to be afraid of, everything is done! And then it is already rolling by itself." It did not seem to me that he was determined, that it was necessary to stop and that’s it. Rather, such an attitude that "there was no sadness - these reposts fell here ..." And if you give a move to my business, then they will simply fall into thousands.
-And you asked other people who placed the same picture on their pages, they had any problems, did someone call them?
- As far as I know, no, there were no problems. I know all these people. There are not many of us here, activists who are engaged in politics, and almost all the people who made repost, I know. And I did not hear from anyone that they had problems.
“You also made repost not from Maxim who sits for him, but from someone else, right?”
-Maxim removed this picture, so I could not make a repost in any way from it. He very quickly admitted that he was to blame, removed the picture, and this also laid out his mark - when a person pleads guilty, the court takes into account this situation.
- Despite everything that happens, as I see according to your posts, you do not lose faith in the Russian political system and urge everyone, in particular, to come to vote in the autumn to the State Duma elections. At the same time, at the beginning of the conversation, you said that this rink cannot be stopped. Can you stop it with the elections?
-I am from Novosibirsk, and here we vote more or less honestly. That is, our CEC, Novosibirsk. I myself was an observer in many elections. If we can raise people who do not like what is happening if they can get up and come to vote - yes, we will win, we will be able to become it. We won’t get up-as always, grandmothers-retirees, who mainly receive information from television, and we will not win. We have only one thing - to walk and say: comrades, we get up and go!
- So maybe the CEC, that's why you consider it honest that those who are against are sitting home? And if they come to the polls, then they will count as they should?
- Our mayor is a communist, and let it not even differ much from the mayor from United Russia, but we were able to break the continuity of power. That is, when we mobilized in 2014, we were able to turn the situation. We are mobilizing now - we will also be able to turn the situation, stop the most obscurantist deputies who want to go to the State Duma, or at least reduce their number.
-Yes, there is actually the whole Duma, except for one or two deputies. To reduce a little - this will not help.
- No, they are simply very loud, so it seems that there are so many of them. In fact, such odious ones that are completely odious, I do not think that more than 20 percent.
The leader of the LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky is shaking handcuffs from the State Duma rostrum, April 12, 2016
- Are you talking about the Novosibirsk Regional Parliament now?
- I'm talking about the State Duma. In Novosibirsk, so I go to the City Council, we are very sometimes discussed by our issues. And you never know how it will end. More recently, we had a session, and United Russia tried to rename our metro station, Zaeltsovskaya station, but they did not succeed, despite the majority of members of United Russia in the City Council.
-Well, yes, in regional policy there are still some surprises. You say - mayor of the communist. And if the Communists were in power in Russia now, would there be no “Yarovaya’s laws”?
-If we have more or less opposition at the legislative levels of power, if the opinion is so discussed, then this can be stopped. You just need to make all these legislative levels a place for discussion, and not a place where people just sit and stupidly press the buttons. That is, get up and go vote for the one you consider correct. Observers were very tough in Kemerovo, and we see everything, and if there is any injustice, it happens before the elections, they remove objectionable candidates and so on. But this does not happen so often. In Novosibirsk, everything is more or less honest with the elections, and if you come, you know for sure that your voice will be taken into account.
-In Ukraine in the winter of 2013-14, the last straw that overwhelmed the patient’s patience, after Ukraine rejected the Association Agreement with the EU, became the so-called "laws of January 16", which were sharply limited by dozens of rights and freedoms of citizens. These laws did not exist for several months, they, along with the Yanukovych regime, demolished the Maidan. How long will the "Laws of Yarova" have been overcome?
- It is impossible to live long in this mode of crazy house. I don’t know, maybe two maximum years. Because, as soon as they begin to plant for repostics for two years ... Everyone has a family, friends, and so on. It’s not only you will plant him, you touch a huge circle of people. I think the cracks will go, it can all fall apart quite quickly.
- Do you mean not only the "Spring Laws", but in general the entire Putin system?
- Yes, the whole system. It is impossible to live in such a world when the earth just leaves under the feet, and this affects closer and closer and closer to you.
