The Uritsky District Court of the Oryol Region refused the parole of Oleg Navalny, convicted with his brother in the Yves Rocher case, Mediazone reports .
As previously reported , Navalny received several new penalties on the eve of UPO meeting. The opposition suggested that he could tighten the conditions of detention due to penalties.
“It will be necessary to commit some real atrocity in order to avoid such a dialogue when entering prison:-Are you going to prison for? - I arranged a rebellion in the colony, captured the administration building, took the BIR hostage in hostages and cut a sharpened toothbrush on his forehead: AUE. And you? “Ummmm ... And I went to the T-shirt in the way.” - In the corpses of the guards?! “No, on a single cell,” he wrote.
It was originally planned that the meeting would be held in the colony due to the fact that repairs were in court, but they refused these actions. During the hearing, the judge introduced the defense materials to the case, although the prosecutor's office objected. The convict said that he satisfied the claim of the victim, and also described the process of recovery from the colony administration.
“I wake up in the room, I go along it and fall asleep there. Periodically come and say: “The penalties were imposed on you.” If I were in a bad relationship with the administration, I would probably set fire to something in the cell and rushed at people, ”he said.
Oleg and Alexei Navalny together were accused of Yves Rocher, the younger brother received 3.5 years in a colony, the eldest - the same conditional term. The brothers themselves insisted on their innocence and declared the case politically motivated. The verdict was issued in December 2014.
