For the first time in Russia, “Fragments from Kafka” Dierji Kurtag will be performed for the first time

On July 5, the Russian premiere of the 1987 work “Fragments from Kafka” of the Hungarian composer Djerdi Kurtag will be held in Moscow.

The adoption of one of the patriarchs of new music, whose 90th anniversary of the musical world celebrates this year, will be performed by violinist Vladislav Pesin (Russia) and soprano
Annet Elster (Germany), reports the website of the Stanislavsky Electric Theater.

“The one who reads the kafka must, as it were, build and play playing at the same time. He must achieve expressiveness to such a degree plastic that to be a word and thought to make a sound - how sometimes only a view of the cathedral encourages us to hear the invisible, only imaginary bells, ”wrote the Austrian writer Joseph Roth in 1924.
