On June 28, Judge Orekhova of the Tverskoy District Court fined cellist Semyon Lashkin 10,000 rubles on charges of organizing a “simultaneous mass stay” (under Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). this State Duma deputy Dmitry Gudkov announced from the courtroom.

According to Gudkov , the court rejected all motions of the defense, including a motion to summon the police officers who carried out the arrest.

The musician was detained on the evening of June 20 on Nikolskaya Street after he had finished playing, and was just sitting on a bench. After his arrest, his cello was confiscated.
