The Moscow City Court confirmed decisions on the extension of the terms of detention in the pre -trial detention center of the Swamp prisoners Maxim Panfilov and Dmitry Buchenkov: the first until September 5, the second - until the 6th. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces". The appeals filed by the lawyers of the Political Zecks on the decisions of the Basmann district court of the capital were rejected.

Panfilov’s defense complaint was considered by Judge Anatoly Korolev. At the hearing, which began with a five -hour delay, they did not allow either the audience or the press. For this, a standard trick was used: the bailiffs, inviting lawyers to the courtroom, told the rest that the meeting had already begun.

Panfilov himself participated in the consideration of the video from the video from the pre-trial detention center-5 "Vodnik". According to lawyer Sergei Panchenko, a political prisoner who suffers from a tourist syndrome and does not receive in pre -trial detention center, was in very poor condition. The lawyer suggested that this was the reason for the delay in the hearings, and the meeting was closed from the public and the press so as not to demonstrate the painful state of Panfilov.

The decision on the complaint of the defense of Buchenkov was made by Judge Vyacheslav Mishin. According to the lawyer of the political prisoner Svetlana Sidorkina, at the hearing her client emphasized that he was persecuted for his anarcho-communist beliefs in connection with the upcoming elections to the State Duma.

Sidorkina also said that on the eve of the SIZO-5 “Vodnik”, Buchenkova was mistakenly taken to a video for a video with the court and there, a politicalese spent half a day.

The 37-year-old associate professor of political science and a member of the left movement of Buchenkov has been in jail since December 2015, 30-year-old resident of Astrakhan Panfilov since April 2016. On April 20, their affairs were combined into one production . Thus, both political prisoners will judge in one process.

Both of the accused are charged with the standard part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code (participation in the riots) and part 1 of Article 318 (the application of non -hazardous violence to a government representative). At the same time, Buchenkov did not participate in the march of millions on May 6, 2012 at all - he was outside Moscow and returned to the capital only on the evening of that day.
