3.4 million rubles were collected from the Chelyabinsk worker for the rumpled Rolls-Royce billionaire

On June 30, the Leninsky District Court of Chelyabinsk granted a lawsuit of CHEMK OJSC to recover 3.4 million rubles from Vladislav Kantemirov. A man working as a master at a local pipe factory, in February, rammed the luxurious Rolls-Royce Phantom in his VAZ-2114, in which he was driving one of the richest people in Chelyabinsk, the head of Chamma Alexander Aristov.

The decision has not yet entered into force and may be appealed. During the hearings, the amount of claims was reduced from 5.2 million to 3.4 million rubles. As explained in court, this happened due to the fact that car wear was taken into account,

Previously, the hearings were transferred, since the defendant did not have a legal representative. This time he was in court with a representative. Kantemirov did not deny his guilt in the accident, but he did not agree with the size of the claims.

However, the man "did not provide any evidence and did not file any petitions, therefore, having examined the case, the court granted the claim for the indicated amount," the court noted.

As reported, on February 2, the VAZ-2114 car, which was driven by Kantemirov, drove into a red traffic light and crashed into the most expensive car of the city belonging to Aristov at the intersection. At the foreign car, the door and wing were very dented, but no one was injured in the car. Kantemirov himself was hospitalized with serious wounds. According to the prices of dealers, such a sedan costs at least 20 million rubles.

Aristov substantiated this step by the fact that Kantemirov is a “criminal at the wheel,” and said that the absorbed money would be aimed at child support to Kantemirov's daughter. The culprit of the accident said that he could not pay such compensation and therefore intends to sell the kidney. The Chelyabinsk residents decided to help out a fellow countryman and began a campaign to raise money for the master of the Chelyabinsk Pipel Plant.
