RVC CEO of RVK resigned
The board of directors of the Russian venture company (RVK) accepted the voluntary resignation of General Director Igor Agamirzyan. This was reported on the RVC website.
According to the chairman of the board of directors of the RVC Oleg Formichev, an open competition will be announced to the post of general director of the company. The temporarily acting head of the company was appointed Deputy Agamirzyan Igor Kuznetsov.
After the resignation of Agamirzyan will become the vice president of the National Research University "Higher School of Economics" (Higher School of Economics).
“He will deal with the strategy for the development of the university technological ecosystem, as well as establishing relationships with the technological business and the formation of feedback from employers to adjust the requirements for graduates. Agamirzyan will also be responsible for the development of the university’s innovative infrastructure and all its activities regarding information technology, ”the press release said
Formichev also stated that, according to the results of annual monitoring of the effectiveness of the development institutions, the level of RVC of key performance indicators in 2009-2014 amounted to 105%.
Earlier, RBC wrote that Agamirzyan, who has been holding his post since 2009, would resign due to the fact that the company can be integrated in Skolkovo. The sources of the agency reported that the issue of "inclusion of RVC in the ecosystem of the fund" was resolved at the government level and has already begun.
The interlocutor of the publication explained that the integration of RVC and Skolkov is associated with the National Technological Initiative project.
