On the territory of the training center of the Ministry of Defense in the village of Sertolovo, the Leningrad Region, a military sports game was launched, which will last in non-stop mode until July 3. The “Game of Kotlan-2 Sector-78”, which is the successor of “Zarnitsa”, is an imitation of military operations similar to military exercises. During the game, participants are divided into teams and compete in various military-applied sports with game elements, ”the press service said.

The game will be involved in more than 400 military personnel of the training center and about 30 units of military equipment, in particular, T-72 tanks, BTR-80 armored personnel carriers, BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles will be spent over five thousand simulation.

"By the number of participants and the attracted army equipment, the game promises to become the largest in the north-west," the press release says.

On May 28, in the Patriot Park in Kubinka near Moscow, the first rally of the Yunarmia youth military-patriotic movement was held. It was attended by 500 delegates from 85 regions of the country.

The project is involved in the Federal Autonomous Institution of the Ministry of Defense "Central Sports Club of the Army" (CSKA) and a voluntary society for the assistance of the army, aviation and navy (DOSAAF). The Ministry of Defense has already worked out the structure of the Unarmean movement with a binding to the place of deployment of military units, military commissariats, military educational institutions, and the infrastructure of DOSAAF and CSKA. In the metropolitan region, part of the classes will be held in Patriot Park.
