The Urban Planning and Land Commission (GZK) of Moscow approved the Augur Estate company, controlled by the Bin group of the Gutseriev-Shishkhanov family, planning projects in New Moscow with a total area of ​​more than 2.2 million square meters. m, including 1.5 million sq. m of housing. Vedomosti reported this.

We are talking about two sites - in the village of Kommunarka and in the area of ​​​​the village of Stolbovo (the projects are located next door, on different sides of Kommunarka). The A101 company, which includes Augur Estate, reports that it is planned to build housing and commercial and social facilities in a ratio of 60% to 40%. Social facilities include kindergartens, schools and clinics.

The Bean group purchased a plot with a total area of ​​2.4 thousand hectares in New Moscow for $800 million last year from the ex-senator and former owner of A101 Vadim Moshkovich. Vedomosti notes that Moshkovich, one of the largest landowners in Russia, was considered a lobbyist for the expansion of Moscow to the southwest and even donated his 308 hectares to the city in 2012 for a business center. However, he was never able to take advantage of the expansion of the city, having failed to find a common language with the city authorities to coordinate his construction plans.

The owners of the Bin group - brothers Mikhail and Sait-Salam Gutserievs and Mikail Shishkhanov - have good connections at both the federal and city levels, so they will probably succeed more quickly in what Moshkovich failed to do, market participants noted earlier.

According to market consultants interviewed by the newspaper, large-scale construction of microdistricts with economy-class housing or comfort with extensive infrastructure is justified in this territory - following the example of a number of large metropolitan residential areas. And the city authorities promise that an administrative and business center will soon appear in Kommunarka, which will become the leader of New Moscow in terms of the number of jobs.

Let us remember that last year a development scheme for New Moscow was approved until 2035 - by then it is planned to resettle more than 1 million people there.
