The initiation of a criminal case against the chairman of “Women of the Don” has been appealed

The lawyer for the chairman of the Women of the Don organization, Valentina Cherevatenko, filed a complaint against the decision to initiate a criminal case on malicious evasion of the law on foreign agents - the first case in Russia under Art. 330.1 CC.

A complaint against the decision to initiate a criminal case was filed on June 30 with the office of the Leninsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don, Ildar Shafiev, Cherevatenko's lawyer, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

“I was also informed that a hearing on a lawsuit was scheduled for July 11, in which we challenged the inclusion of the Women of the Don Foundation in the register of foreign agents. At first instance, we were denied, now the claim will be considered by the Rostov Regional Court, ”added the lawyer.
