In it, in particular, it is proposed to limit the stay of one person as a president for two terms of 4 years, to introduce the electoral members of the Federation Council, reduce the passing barrier to the State Duma to 3% of the vote, as well as transfer the authority to the lower house of the government and prepare the budget.

In addition, it is proposed to reduce the number of the army, transfer it to the contract system, legally limit military costs (up to 3% of GDP) and increase the costs of education, culture and fundamental science.

"Yabloko" advocates the privatization of state media.

The program also states that in the event of an election to the State Duma, the party will insist on an international conference on the problem of Crimea, the abolition of “antisancies” and a dialogue with the European Union.

Grigory Yavlinsky, Chairman of the Federal Political Committee of the Party and one of the founders of Yabloko, made an economic manifest , in which, in particular, he called on the country's leadership to be inviolable private property, not to counteract private business activity in any industries and not limit foreign investments. Yavlinsky considers it necessary to achieve the passage to the State Duma so that the faction in the State Duma of the Russian Federation without collecting signatures has the opportunity to nominate a candidate in the elections of the Russian President and the party could really fight for power.
