The Kyiv Court of Appeal released the former chief of staff of the Aidar battalion Valentin Lykholit. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the presiding judge at the meeting.

On the bail, the ex-Nach Staff was taken by the People’s Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from several factions: Semen Semenchenko, Yegor Sobolev, Igor Mosiychuk and Andrei Lozova.

Earlier, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv arrested for two months without the right to pledge the former chief of staff of the Aidar battalion Valentin Lykholit. After that, activists blocked the court building and did not allow the accused to take out the accused to the pre -trial detention center. The case of the ex-Nach Staff was taken under control by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko, who declared his disagreement with a preventive measure chosen by the court.

The former chief of staff of the Aidar battalion is suspected of the fact that he and his fighters selected property from the authorities of Severodonetsk.
