Dance Platform - 2016 is looking for choreographers

Until July 30, applications are accepted from novice choreographers to participate in the fifth season of choreographic workshops “Dance Platform” of the Yekaterinburg Opera and Ballet Theater.

The competition is allowed to record original productions (performances or rehearsals) with a duration of 4-10 minutes, representing continuous action. Eight choreographers selected by the jury will prepare their own numbers in Yekaterinburg, which will be included in the program of gala concerts on September 23 and 24.

Funds for paying air tickets and accommodation, as well as for the payment of fees in the amount of 20 thousand rubles for each participant are provided by the organizers of the project - the Eunia Ballet Choreographic Arts Support Fund.

Based on the results of the Dance Platforms, the theater and the Eurasia Ballet Foundation will prepare a professional video that is undertaken to spread among partner theaters.
