
The ONEXIM group Mikhail Prokhorov will sell all the assets belonging to her. The Vedomosti was told about this by two sources in the structure of the group, as well as the interlocutor, and the acquaintance of Prokhorov, who received a proposal to buy some assets.
According to sources, “Onexim” is now looking for buyers himself, without involving any intermediaries to this. Representatives of ONEXIMA refused to comment on this situation.
One of the Vedomosti interlocutors said about rumors that the sale could be a “urgent recommendation of the Kremlin”, but there is no evidence of this. The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov rejected such an assumption, saying that this is “complete stupidity”.
Earlier, the media wrote that Uralkali plans to redeem the package of the ONEXIM group of companies. As a buyer was called "Uralhim." The deal was estimated at $ 4 billion.
Also, several acquaintances with the course of negotiations between sources spoke about the sale of the Opin Board Group of Opin (ONEKSIMA have 83.8% of the shares). Initially, Vedomosti wrote that the press service of Opin confirmed the newspaper, but later Opin announced that this information was incorrect and the fact of negotiations refused to confirm.
“Renaissance Capital” (ONEXIMA is 100%) is also put up for sale. In addition, negotiations are underway to sell a package in UC Rusal, a friend of its co -owners told.
In mid -April, the FSB conducted searches in several structures included in ONEXIM. The media associated inspections on the sale of the RBC media holding, however, the official reason was called violations of some of the companies in Prokhorov tax legislation.
The ONEXIM group of billionaire Prokhorov is a private investment fund created in 2007. He owns a share in the company Uralkali, Rusal, Renaissance Credit banks and Renaissance Capital, as well as RBC and Snob publications.
