The court refused to punish the organizer of a rally in Perm for calling for the resignation of the governor

On July 4, the Leninsky District Court of Perm released from punishment the chairman of the board of the Perm Standard HOA, Alexander Zotin, the organizer of a rally against the artificial increase in tariffs for utilities and against payments for overhaul, which took place in the city on April 23, limited to an oral remark. This was reported on July 5 by Echo of Moscow in Perm.

According to the radio station, Zotin was accused of calling for the resignation of Governor Viktor Basargin, which sounded at the rally, did not correspond to the stated topic. In addition, the demands to stop the rally were allegedly not met, and the organizer of the rally did not have the appropriate badge.
