In the final, Portugal will play the winner of the match France - Germany, which will take place tomorrow, July 7th.

• Prior to the semi-final, Portugal had not won a single regular-time match in the tournament. In the group, the Portuguese drew against Iceland, Austria and Hungary, beat Croatia in the 1/8 finals thanks to a goal in extra time, and in the quarter-finals they beat Poland on penalties.
