The editors of the journal RBC will completely separate from the joint editorial office of the holding. The chief editor of the magazine Valery Igumenov wrote about this on his Facebook.

“RBC magazine made his choice, after hesitation and consciously. We will no longer be part of the united edition, but we return to the format that was before: the separate editorial office of the magazine with its chief editor, budget, and subordination to [General Director of RBC] Nikolai Moliboga,” Igumenov wrote.

At the same time, the editor -in -chief of the magazine emphasized that this decision was discussed a long time ago, long before the re -election of the new leadership of the editorial office of RBC.

“The decision on the allocation of the RBC journal in a separate media has been discussed in the holding for a long time, since June, if not from May. Just because the magazine and the main news site of the country are very different in rhythm and tasks, it is like one person who is simultaneously trying to swim and fly, ”Igumenov reports , emphasizing that there is no editorial conflict around this concept.
