A rare case: Roskomnadzor again blocked someone, and it is interesting to read about it. This intrigues. And also awakens the desire to think and, therefore, to exist.
Thoughts arise primarily perplexed.
Typically, Roskomnadzor reports the addresses and turnouts of those sites that are limited to access; In this case, the information is almost classified. It is only known that the Prosecutor General’s Office and account 2: 2 were excited against some “four Internet resources of political orientation”. The thoughtful ones removed the content and pardoned, the persistent suffered punishment.
There is also information that among those who have embarked on the correction "Open Russia". There are no more information, and there is a guess that the message of Roskomnadzor this time does not come down to a demonstration of its power. Demonstrations are usually meaningless and merciless. The authorities sends another signal.
The signal is read in those lines that are devoted to the nameless attackers. It turns out that they published "Materials of a campaigning in order to popularize the idea of a boycott of elections to the State Duma among the population of Russia." Meanwhile, as the prosecutors of Roskomnadzostavostav, "activities to organize elections to the lower house of parliament, undermine the foundations of the constitutional system of the Russian Federation, according to which a referendum and free elections are the highest direct expression of the power of the multinational people of the Russian Federation." Calling the Boycott of the elections to the lower ward, the liking waved to the multinational people and the basic law, for which they paid. And so it will be with everyone who encroach.
All this, of course, is complete nonsense. The Constitution does not prohibit a citizen of the Russian Federation or a group of citizens who have formed the editorial office with calling for a boycott of the elections if these elections seem to them obviously dishonest. Or even honest, but a group of citizens is inclined to the idea that Russia, say, is needed by the king, but the parliament is not needed. Freedom of speech in the country is blocked de facto, but a thin book that is referred to in Roskomnadzor is not yet removed on searches and can be familiarized with its content completely impunity. Convinced in the course of reading that direct -action articles listed in the book often violates power, but not citizens who criticize this power with its elections.
Nevertheless, Roskomnadzor should be thanked - for the intrigue that was discovered in his message. And for the fact that the officials made us again turn to the topic of popular will. Again, think about how to do the right thing in September, when parliamentary elections are held in Russia.
What to do at all: vote or not vote. And if you vote, then for whom. And if you abandon this venture, then how to explain at least such an action or, rather, inaction. And what to say when they ask: why don't you go and runaway? Finally, is it necessary in this case, in full accordance with the constitution and terribly upset by Roskomnadzor, to call compatriots to the boycott? If you are convinced that you do not need to go to the polls.
The last question for the author of these lines is the easiest. Those who want - let him call, but in a veiled, or something, form. Given the fresh wishes of Roskomnadzor, that is, adjusted for possible lawlessness. Although you can take a chance, spitting on wishes, it all depends on the temperament of the writer. However, bloggers and microblogers promised repressions seem to not yet hurt. I personally do not want to call anyone to anything, because I myself still do not know what to do.
The dilemma here is so far: to vote and feel like an idiot or refuse and feel like a traitor to democratic ideals. Of course, these conflicting feelings have been experienced before, but you have been living every new day for the first time and in the elections for a long time you have been fighting your head on the same wall. He went, voted, lost - and bark yourself for dementia. I didn’t go - and you walk all day like a spat. Without you, the liberals lost again. They would not have won with you either, but now another vote has been missing.
The layouts are like that today. After a porn film on NTV, in my opinion, it was definitely necessary to vote for Parnassus, regardless of whether this party has a chance to go to the Duma or not the slightest. Just in solidarity with the victims of an infinitely vile provocation organized by scum. However, from the day the second number in the party list of Parnassus appeared a character named Maltsev, it became incomprehensible what the television men with the gates tried so hard, trying to discredit the opposition. Mikhail Kasyanov and his colleagues successfully coped with this task themselves. They decided that the pseudoliberal “Zhirik” would be able to somehow attract the voices of ordinary voters to them, but in the end, in my opinion, they scared away the latter democratically tuned citizens. Sorry.
The “apple” remains ... the Chinese teach that if you sit on the riverbank for a long time, then Yavlinsky will always swim by and tell the seated: “Man, you have the last chance, vote for me, otherwise the country will die!” This is a serious argument, but the Chinese has already heard these words, the Chinese is boring. True, in addition to the irremovable informal leader, Schlosberg, Gudkov and many other quite worthy politicians are running from Yabloko, and I would like to see at least a few human faces in the upcoming hunting row among hundreds of disgusting people. Taking a triumph of negative selection as a given, I would like to marvel at the miracle of the selection of positive.
However, we already believed in a miracle - both in the past elections and in the before last, which is why the dilemma, indicated above, is so heavy. And the main trouble is not that Churov is embarrassing and witchcraft destroying our voices. The wizard was fired with honor, but the so -called postcrymist majority, according to a variety of surveys, now considers the highest manifestation of opposition to the Communist Party or LDPR. Actually, the honest Ella Pamfilova is appointed to measure the level of political consciousness of citizens and the effectiveness of total propaganda. To summarize the final results of the experiment that began seventeen years ago.
The experiment was to destroy the legislative power in Russia, simultaneously humiliating it and turning it into a herd of proud rams who are ready to “introduce” and approve any, the most monstrous law made in the presidential administration. The special operation was successful, but there are nuances. In the course of its efforts, the propaganda of the propaganda is not only disagreed, but involuntarily disgraced and the parliament itself as a state institution. Its authority, to put it mildly, is low. Therefore, the Kremlin is probably not entirely sure that in September, citizens will generally manage to drive to the urns, and this finds an expression in the unexpectedly nervous reaction of Roskomnadzor to calls for a boycott. So nervous that it is unclear what blocked sites are in question.
It may happen that few people will appear to vote in the fall for their chosen ones. They are not Putin, Russia will not perish without them. And although the lower bar is absent when counting the voters, yet if our people massively skip the elections, how the Abkhazians were walking their referendum yesterday in protest, it will be very unpleasant for the authorities. And for an unsystematic opposition, this will be no less victory than two or three miraculously leaked candidate in single-mandate districts. A moral victory, albeit associated with an unprecedented system of argumentation: here, they say, to what you have brought the country and the people. They aimed at the Democrats -sailed to the parliament ... So, after all, the state in Russia is built unprecedented, and it can only be defeated by unprecedented methods.
There will be no conclusions. For everyone chooses for himself, as the poet said, and if there is no choice, we add, you still have to choose. Those or these, as well as the plague for both of yours and a few more in the neighborhood. The choice is actually great, the eyes are ruined right. On September 18, at the last minute, having observed a couple of months after the process, which we traditionally call the election room, we will decide what to do with our voice. Listening to other voices and signals, among which the parting speeches of Roskomnadzor will sound with particular persuasiveness.
