On the morning of July 11, before the administration of the New Urengoy (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug), the hunger strike of four residents of the city began. They installed a tent and demand the assistance of the authorities in solving complex housing issues, some of the starving actually nowhere to live. All four starving have already drawn up protocols on the organization of an inconsistent public event and were obliged to independently come to the police department.
