The FSB has not found any signs of a crime,” the politician said at the hearing. “This answer proves that even the FSB treats this film as a fake and invention.”

All other applications of Navalny were rejected. Judge Udov refused to request the documents and “correspondence” by Navalny with the head of the Hermitage Capital Foundation William Brauder. The court also refused to call witnesses.

The film, its authors said, was based on secret materials that came to Moscow "thanks to the armed coup in Ukraine and the former head of the security service Boris Berezovsky Sergey Sokolov."

The files allegedly provided by Sokolov found reports of the CIA and Mi6 employees about agents with pseudonym Solomon and Frida, said Russia-1. Under the first of them, according to the authors of the film, Brauder is hiding, Navalny is hidden under the second. Brauder allegedly recruited Navalny in December 2007.
