Deputy editor-in-chief of Forbes.ru accused her bosses of violating labor laws
Anastasia Gorshkova, deputy chief editor of the Forbes.ru website, accused the management of As Rus Media, which publishes Forbes Russia magazine, of violating labor laws. Gorshkova published the text of the complaint to the Labor Inspectorate on her Facebook.
According to Gorshkova, when hiring, Forbes management promised her and another employee to pay, in addition to the established rate, a certain amount from the fee fund, but then the general director of the holding, Natalya Gandurina, said that there were no such agreements. Forbes editor-in-chief Nikolai Uskov and HR manager of the parent company Artcom Media Group promised her to “sort it out” for several months, but this did not happen.
In May, according to Gorshkova, 27,000 rubles were deducted from her salary of 120 thousand rubles due to absence from the workplace for several days. She herself, according to her, worked from home in agreement with her immediate superiors. The other day, Natalia Gandurina again accused her of being absent from the workplace.
Gorshkova also said that Andrei Konyakhin, director of digital project development at Forbes, who came to the publication in February , was told that his rate was reduced after refusing to "obey an instruction that contradicts editorial policy." This, in her opinion, was also done in violation of labor laws. In the comments to her post, Gorshkova explained that Konyakhin removed advertising texts from the site that were not marked “as advertising” and “refused to return them.”
At the time of writing the news, the management of Forbes and As Rus Media did not comment on Gorshkova's claims.
