"We are waiting for change!"

Traditional readings of the Constitution-a monthly action of civil activists of St. Petersburg and Moscow-in July were held near the Tsoi wall on Old Arbat. Participants recalled the anti -constitutionality of the "package of Yarovo", and after the readings they held a "quiet picket" in the subway cars, holding posters with quotes from the main law of Russia.
