The First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Igor Shuvalov spends 130 million rubles a year on flights on a private plane. This follows from the investigation of the Corruption Fund, according to Alexey Navalny. Another 40 million goes to the flights of the dogs of Shuvalov’s wife.

FBK employees compared the Bombardier Global Express business jet flights with the M-VQBI on-board number with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister in various state events. In addition, on the same plane, Shuvalov flies to Salzburg, next to which his family has an estate. The rest of the flights of this aircraft took place in cities, where they paced exhibitions of dogs of the Korgi breed. Wife Shuvalova Olga is a well -known breeder of this breed.

On July 4, Navalny announced the buying of Shuvalov apartments in the skyscraper on Kotelnicheskaya embankment. The total area of ​​purchased apartments is 719 square meters, and the FBK estimates their total cost of more than 600 million rubles. As noted, the living space was bought from the owners on extremely favorable conditions for them. “New apartments were offered with repairs and surcharges,” the publication said. “No trading was required, the buyer agreed to any conditions.”

The last apartment purchase and sale transaction has passed in May. According to the FBK, in the future, Shuvalov intends to redeem the remaining seven apartments on his floor, and then combine all 17 apartments into one.

The formal owner of the entire real estate is the assets managers of the First Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Kotlyarenko. He studied with Shuvalov at the same course of the Yurfak of Moscow State University, and in 1999-2004 he worked in the Federal Property Management Agency, the Government apparatus and the Presidential Administration. At the same time, Shuvalov himself in 1998 was the deputy minister of state property, in 1998-2000-the chairman of the Federal Property Management Agency, and in 2003-2008-assistant to Vladimir Putin.

Kotlyarenko confirmed that all the apartments were registered in his name , but at the same time noted that calling him the nominal owner would be wrong. “The idea was to make a unique object.
