A letter addressed to the deputy head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin was published by the Text Information Agency.
The authors of the appeal call the “monstrous injustice” of the Ministry of Culture of the Perm Territory in relation to Boris Milgram, noting his merits as a director of the producer, a repeated laureate of the Golden Mask Prize.
“The removal of Boris Milgram from the post of artistic director, whatever it is dictated, is striking an irreparable blow not only on the cultural life of the city of Perm, but throughout Russian art,” the letter says.
“We are convinced that you will be able to help restore justice and return Boris Milgram to his legitimate place of the artistic director of the Perm Theater Theater,” writers of culture Vyacheslav Volodin write.
At the end of last week, Boris Milgram was dismissed by order of the Minister of Culture of the Perm Territory Igor Gladnev due to "systematic violations by the leadership of the theater of norms of the current legislation, as well as a breakdown of the reconstruction of the theater scene." The acting of Khudruk was appointed Viktor Shilov, the former head of the legal department of the theater-theater.
