According to preliminary data, the body of a man born in 1985 was discovered on the evening of July 18 in the 10th police department in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg. Investigators believe that a man committed suicide, whose motives are installed. Currently, a forensic medical examination has been appointed in order to establish circumstances and the cause of death, a pre-investigation check is underway.
In turn, the Interfax agency clarifies that the deceased 31-year-old man was disabled and was called to the police as a witness in the robbery case. His body was found hanged on a strap from a bag fixed on a window grill. According to the source, the man had both hands amputated by elbow.
