The limit of lawlessness

On July 19, the Kiev district court of Simferopol, controlled by Russia, refused the investigation to extend the arrest of the 22-year-old resident of Alupka Muedin Alivapov, accused of arson of cars in Yalta and Alushta. This was reported by "Crimea. Realities" with reference to Zarem Alivapov, the mother of Politzek. The same decision was made in relation to the other two accused in the case; Only their surnames are known - Kudryashev and the Book - and the fact that one is 25 years old, and the other 23.

The court indicated that part 2 of Article 167 of the Russian Criminal Code (intentional destruction or damage to property by arson), imputed by the defendants in the case, provides for up to five years of the colony, that is, this composition refers to crimes of moderate severity. Meanwhile, Article 109 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (terms of detention) does not allow the arrest of the accused of such crimes for a period exceeding six months.

Thus, on July 23, when the term of arrest previously appointed by Alivapov will expire, the Politzeck will be obliged to be released from the Simferopol pre-trial detention center for a recognizance not to leave.

Alivapov was detained on January 23 . Two days later, the Yalta City Court arrested the detainee . Subsequently, the term of its detention in the pre -trial detention center extended.

The plot of business is definitely not known. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the annexed Crimea, which leads the investigation, refuses to report any details and give comments. According to Zarema Alivapova, it is stated that her son received money from a certain unidentified person for arson of cars and transferred them to Kudryashev and the Square.

In January, it was reported that Kudryashev and the bootnik in their testimony called Alivapov the organizer of the arsons. The mother of the Politzeck told Crimea. Realiyam that he himself also gave a confession after his arrest, as he was subjected to psychological pressure, but later he refused these testimonies and began to insist on his innocence.

As noted by the publication, the arrested was not a polyactivist, but his brother, Mustafa Alivapov, is known as a participant in the Crimean Tatar National Movement. “Crimea. Realia” the brother of the Politzeck said that he had problems with the Russian security forces, after May 18, 2015 participated in a rally in memory of the deportation of the Crimean Tatars. Then he was detained, and in the future, according to him, he was under supervision.

On January 16, Mustafa Alivapov went to the continental Ukraine to re -register the car. After his brother’s arrest, he decided not to return to the Crimea.

In the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people, they do not exclude that the arrest of Alivapov was the revenge of the security forces for the activity of the older brother. Such an idea was expressed, in particular, the chairman of the CEC of the Kurulti of the Crimean Tatar people Zair Smedlyaev.

Alivapov, Kudryashev and the Square are charged with 12 arson, which occurred at the end of the last - beginning of this year. Meanwhile, after the arrest of these citizens, the arson continued.

They stopped only after on March 6, the security forces detained a 43-year-old resident of Chelyabinsk. It was reported, however, that he was recognized in arson, belonging only to the end of February - the beginning of March.

At the end of April, the Russian police held a second search in Alivapova’s house , seizing the clothes and shoes of Politzeck.
