The last trial of one of the hunger strikers in Novy Urengoy took place. The court fined Yuri Bularga one thousand rubles for illegally wearing uniforms (Article 17.12 of the Code of Administrative Offences) and ordered that they be confiscated; this will be done by the bailiffs. Bularga himself told OVD-Info about this by phone.
Earlier today, the court fined Yuri Bularga ten thousand rubles for an uncoordinated action: he and other hunger strikers were detained on July 19 near the administration building, where activists asked for help in solving housing problems.
