As I expected, some kind of horror was happening on the border. There was nothing to say about traveling from Ukraine, it was long there, but I had no problems. We entered somewhere in the Bryansk region. At the checkpoint I was in a T -shirt with a trizb, maybe this attracted attention to me. At the passport control at the entrance, the border guard asked where and where I am going, I told him about the volunteer event, he spent me with things to another employee, captain of the FSB. The captain at first began to ask the same completely banal questions (where, from where, why), but then the conversation went somehow strangely: he began to ask if I live, where my parents, who and where I work. In response, I asked what capacity and on what basis I was present here, said that the questions are inappropriate, and on the basis of the 51st article of the Constitution, I refuse to answer them. Despite the fact that there is no protocol, and they will not give it a copy of it, I do not want to share with the incomprehensible information of the “personal” nature at all. With legal grounds, everything was even more interesting: it turned out that I was participating in a “survey”, it is regulated by a certain decree of the government on the order of entry under the number either 50 or 55 (I do not remember). It is very interesting how this is consistent with the norm that the rights of citizens can be limited only by federal law, and not some kind of incomprehensible resolution of the executive authority.
Further it was even more interesting: the captain-FSBSHNIK said that I have no right to use the 51st articles of the Constitution, since there is no administrative or criminal case against me and I give no testimony. I asked if I was detained, he said not, but I can’t go anyway, but he could hold me up until 3 hours. I asked the captain to introduce himself, he called himself Olkhinsky (or some kind of surname to oh, I don’t remember) Stanislav Nikolayevich. The captain threatened me with holding me here, the bus would leave, and I will have to go on a way. According to him: "I will go home in the morning, but how can I get to me, I do not give a shit."
Then the deputy chief of the checkpoint entered the office, and the “survey” went even more fun: they began to play in a “good-pretty policeman”. The deputy head at first threatened to close for 48 hours or more-that is, to initiate a criminal, call some “serious people” with whom “the 51st article will not work”, “but already night, and they are angry, and then you will be in general,” threatened to break the page in the passport, “take the room for an hour” (they have such a room with a grate there with a grate. Type of the GRD, in general, it would not be superfluous to direct there), and in general, "you are wearing a chip that will happen to you." And then he tried to communicate “humanly”: he tried to recognize my musical addictions, promised to let go if I would answer everything. I stopped such “informal communication” that I just don’t want to talk about, for example, music.
Finally, the third border guard entered the office, and they became collectively in turn to ask me: such pressure several per one. I still built myself a fool, repeating the "51st article of the Constitution" and "This does not apply to the case." In short, there were standard psychological techniques from detectives, which I, performed by the Yekaterinburg police, observed 100 times. In the end, they got tired, they brought me to the corridor and asked to tell everything to the first employee from passport control again, I told him again about the volunteer camp.
Then I went to customs: the customs officer forced me to open a suitcase and a backpack to open and show each thing, I looked at all the papers. He was ideologically charged: he said that “if you fan in Ukraine, you’ll go there”, realizing according to the documents that I was from Yekaterinburg, he said something about the “liberals hanging out in the Yeltsin Center”. Leaving, I told him that I would write to the entire outpost to the prosecutor's office.
But this is not all: the evil bus driver came to me, said that I am substituting everyone, people are late because of me, and he will show me inside (!). In short, I don’t know whether it was so border guards of passengers, or they were so angry because of the heat, but I was met by an angry crowd. And even the same customs officer ran out of the premises of the outpost, and yelled at me (official! When performing!) Something like “Damn it, a traitor!”.
Some inappropriate man rushed at me, grabbed my neck, put a bus on the wall, and then either he, or someone else was put to the ground with him and tried to pull out a suitcase from his hands, someone even grabbed his feet. I screamed “Help!”, At that moment, some woman shouted: “Yes, no, why is he needed! Here cameras are worth it! Let's go to the outpost and land it. ” I was really scared for my life and, when I somehow escaped, I tried to run away from the bus. Someone pushed me inside, there were previous neighbors: a man from Vinnitsa and Moldavian traveling to Russia. Outside at the entrance to the bus, something people from the crowd ate in turn (that I set them up, they were late, etc.), I somehow tried to make excuses. As a result, people somehow parted in places, and the bus drove.
A man from Vinnitsa turned out to be a “quilted jacket” and for the rest of the night told me how wrong, that everything happened due to the fact that I wore Ukrainian attributes on myself, because of which people would not have time to Moscow, and then I began to bring a blizzard about geopolitics, terrible America and a world conspiracy. He told me that I insult Russia, wearing Ukrainian symbols. In general, I am nobody, and Russia is reborn, and Vladimir Vladimirovich well done!
All the way to Moscow woke up several times and fell asleep, really afraid that they would begin to beat again. But in the morning in the warm camp, my neighbors on the bus were simply advised to not come across so no more, we even said goodbye peacefully, and I went to the Kazan station.
I’m afraid now, how will I go to Ukraine next time by terrestrial vehicles?! And what will the border guards learn next time? Interestingly, they have already exchanged information about me with our local CPE or not?) If my opinion, then it seems that the matter is not in symbolism, and the border guards already had any data about me.
