In Moscow, two operatives of law enforcement agencies tore the next action of the opposition of Roman Roslovtsev, who regularly enters the central streets of the capital in the mask of Vladimir Putin and with a poster against the "rally" Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code. As it turned out, the security forces in civilian clothes captured the opposition immediately after he received a new Putin mask from the courier from the online store. Having presented the certificates, the investigators put Roslovtsev into the car and drove around the city for two hours, threatening some consequences, if he did not terminate his shares.
The security forces assured the activist that they would no longer allow him to conduct “Putin’s walks”, and if he will continue to try to arrange them, he will “be on a bad”.
In the end, the opposition was dropped out of the car and released.

In the early morning of June 17, when the security forces promised Kapitonov that they would cut the door of his apartment, he convinced Roslovtsev to give up. After that, the activist was returned to the special receiver.
On June 21, it became known that for Roslovtsev’s escape, they were convicted in absentia to 15 days under part 2 of Article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (evasion of administrative arrest). However, this arrest was absorbed in the previous one, so the activist did not have to serve an additional period. July 10, he was released .
Meanwhile, when Roslovtsev was serving his arrest, two FSB operatives came to him at a specialist and tried to recruit . They convinced the activist that society was not interested in his protests, so he would only receive a term in the colony in vain.
