The case of officials of the Investigative Committee became known on Tuesday . It was reported that the FSB detained seven people, but only three names were found in the media: the first deputy head of the capital's head of the department Denis Nikandrov, the head of the Office of the Central Glavka Mikhail Maksimenko and his Zama Alexander Lamonov. It is charged with part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code (receiving a bribe on an especially large amount), which provides for from 8 to 15 years of the colony.
On the same day, the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow arrested Nikandrov, Maksimenko and Lamonov until September 15.

It is claimed that Nikandrov was detained when receiving a bribe in the amount of $ 1 million. For this money, they say at the FSB, he promised to get the closure of the thief in the law of Zakharia Kalashov (Shakro youth), arrested last week on charges of extortion.
Regarding Maksimenko, it was reported that he gave investigators of the Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Central District of the capital to not go to court with a motion to extend the arrest Andrei Kochuykov (Italian) - the right hand of Sharo. Kochuykov was enclosed in a pre -trial detention center, after in December 2015 he entered the shootout in the Moscow Element bar on Rochdelskaya Street.
