Joanna Stingrei not only opened the Leningrad Rock to the world , but was also a noticeable rock singer and TV presenter in post-Soviet Russia. Those who grew up in the 1990s remember her songs composed with Boris Grebenshchikov and Victor Tsoem, and the video clips that the producer of the Red Wave collection herself shot. The last album of Joanna Stingrey, before leaving Russia, “Shades of Yellow” was released in 1996 - twenty years later it represents a video clip for one of his songs, in which you can see her with Madison's daughter:
I made this video, because, as many Russians know, I like to make clips for all my songs. To “Shades of Yellow” - the last album that I recorded before leaving Russia - I shot only one video and always wanted to do more. I decided to note the 30th anniversary of the Red Wave collection and the 20th anniversary of my departure from Russia, having removed this video with my daughter. This song was recorded 20 years ago.
