The bailiffs catch debtors, scanning the numbers of the car in parking lots and on the track

The Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) launched a new "mobile search" service to identify debtors for fines, alimony, taxes and other inexpensive financial obligations.

Now the bailiff is enough to bring a smartphone or tablet with a special program to the parked car, which will scan the car number and give out all the debts listed behind its owner, writes Rossiyskaya Gazeta .

“Thus, we have already collected hundreds of thousands of rubles from debtors,” said Sergey Shchekhin, head of the FSSP department of the FSSP in the Moscow Region. According to him, having discovered a defaulter, the bailiffs are waiting for him at the car to give him a receipt to pay for the debt or try to recover debt on the spot.

In some cases, bailiffs can immediately arrest property on the spot - for example, on a mobile phone or a car video recorder. If the debt is very large, then the car will be arrested.

In addition, employees of the UFSSP Moscow Region will now be on duty at the DPS posts, scanning cars passing by a similar program.

All this, according to Brushglykin, allowed in six months of this year to increase the amount of forcibly recovered fines of the traffic police in the suburbs by 237%. At the same time, 40.5 thousand inhabitants of the Moscow Region for debts fell under the restriction of departure outside the country, and another 3.5 thousand people found that the effect of their driver’s licenses was suspended.

The official also recalled that the FSSP recently spoke with the initiative that all public services were primarily available to those citizens who are not burdened with debts of taxes, court decisions, alimony, fines, etc. That is, referring, for example, to the MFC for the design of the inheritance, you should be prepared for the fact that he will not be arranged until the owner repays his debts.

The principle of "providing public services only on the fact of repayment of public debts", in his opinion, will be "realized to one degree or another already next year.
