The Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Moscow Region appointed a check after the media deciphering the conversations of the police city of Ramenskoye, recorded by blogger, Yan Katelevsky in April of this year, were published. It is reported by TASS.
On April 27, Katelevsky arrived in the OP-1 of the Ramensky district to give an explanation on his statement about the illegal seizure of municipal lands and the inaction of the police and the prosecutor's office. He was detained with the use of force, but later released. The next day, when the blogger arrived at the department to remove the plot about the incident that occurred the day before, he was repeatedly detained.
Later on the same day, the judge of the Ramensky City Court Olga Golysheva arrested Katelevsky for 12 days in accordance with Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal request of the policeman). On May 10, when he expired the term of arrest, Golyshevagave him another 10 days on the same charges on the basis of the protocol fabricated during the first detention on April 27.
As it turned out, before the second detention, Katelevsky included a recorder in his cell phone, which, after the seizure of things from him, recorded negotiations of police officers. On Monday, "Mediazona" published excerpts from deciphering these negotiations.
In particular, Katelevsky’s dispute with the security forces about the legality of the use of power to him is given. He stated that "lives according to the Law of the Russian Federation." One of the police officers objected to this: "You cannot live according to the law of the Russian Federation." - "Are you a police officer and do not live according to the law of the Russian Federation?" - the blogger asked. “I follow my laws,” the policeman answered.
The recorder also recorded negotiations between the two security forces who intended to steal from the Katelevsky detention protocol drawn up with violations. "How to take it? What, to give him by the horns?" - one of the security forces asked. Meanwhile, acting The head of the OP-1 Sergey Muchkin proposed to throw a blogger into a bag of a certain item. “Tear out the bag: I pulled out the bag and put it ... (in a whisper, inaudible.) Now he will be for storage ... There is no camera here. The camera is in the corridor,” Mediazon quotes Muchkin’s words.
In addition, negotiations between police officers with Judge Golysheva are recorded. A participant in one of the conversations was a witness at the trial of Katelevsky. Golysheva spoke to the police for procedural flaws, in particular the lack of a witness. “How many days? I compose ...” the judge said on the phone Muchkin. “He is heavy, heavy (business. - Ed.) ... Because there are no strangers. He (Katelevsky. - Ed.) Sands that everyone is interested. He says correctly.”
It was recorded by how Golysheva gives the bailiff an illegal indication not to let the Kalevsky support group to the court. “Do you only know how?” The judge remarked. “They are so active there. Do not say anything at all - do not let it go, and that’s it.”
“That you (activists. - Ed.) Are afraid?” Said Golysheva in another conversation with Muchkin. “You can’t be afraid of them.”
On Monday morning, civil activists Vadim Korovin and Konstantin Altukhov (parkman) arrived with journalists to Ramensky OP-1 to present the publication in the Mediazone. However, as the OVD-Info reported with reference to Katelevsky, the police detained part of the audience, motivating their actions, as in the case of Katelevsky in April, allegedly illegally conducting video shooting at a regimen facility. Journalists Ren-TV, who, during the detention, were damaged by the microphone, soon released without registration of protocols. Meanwhile, the protocols were fabricated on Korovin and Altukhov under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
After lunch, however, they released Altukhov first, then Korovin . At the same time, all things were seized from Altukhov, including the car keys, referring to the fact that he refused to sign the protocol. Whether the things were taken from Korovin, it is incomprehensible from the message.
