The police did not interfere with the audience, no one was detained. After some time, the police asked to remove posters, since the time of the action in the defense of animals was expired.

Meanwhile, on Lubyanskaya Square, the police detained activist Mikhail Lashkevich, the OVD-info reports . He held in his hands the poster "there is no fuel law of Yarova." An hour later, the activist was released by rewriting personal data.

On the afternoon, the organizers of the Moscow rally against the "Yarovaya Law" were canceled on Tuesday. The decision was made after the judge of the Tver District Court of Moscow Denis Ivanov acknowledged the refusal of the metropolitan city hall to agree on the rally.

As the lawyer of the Corruption Fund, Ivan Zhdanov, who represented the interests of the organizers, said on his Twitter, officials in the court said that for the time appointed for the rally, the prefecture of the Central District of Moscow agreed to support the Human Law "On Responsible Continuing of Animals". Now the organizers intend to submit a new notification to the city hall - this time on August 9.

Initially, the mayor's office agreed on a rally, having achieved from the organizers of the transfer of the action from the Slavic Square to the Yauz gates and the reduction of the planned number of participants from 2 thousand to 1 thousand. However, on July 22, officials withdrew the approval , citing the fact that the change in the site of the action was certified by the signature of only one of the three official organizers.

Those delivered new paper to the city hall, and having met the terms provided for by current standards. Then the officials said that another action was already agreed on the Yauz gates.

Meanwhile, in 11 other cities of Russia, shares against the "Yarovaya Law" were held on Tuesday. In Kazan, Ufa, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk, coordinated rallies took place in Sochi, Saratov, Syktyvkar, Kurgan, Barnaul - agreed pickets. In St. Petersburg and Krasnodar, where officials refused to coordinate rallies, shares were planned in the form of a folk gathering.
